Old Beach Farm Australian Shepherds

Thank you for your interest in a puppy from Old Beach Farm. We believe in giving our puppies the best opportunity for a wonderful life!.  Litters are born and loved in our home, as though they were here forever.  We spend a lot of time, during the first weeks, handling and exposing puppies to different stimuli, new experience, and people.  Each and every puppy receives a lot of love, playtime and attention, especially from our children..  Our puppies are socialized, current on vaccinations, and de-wormed before they go to their new homes.  We offer health guarantees and references of satisfied puppy purchasers.  We take the same care in placing all our puppies.

Please be aware that puppies are not trained, well-mannered, finished products.  They are puppies.  They will have accidents and they will get into mischief…all a part of being a puppy.  We expect new owners to finish the job we have started and help their puppy become a mature, well-mannered Aussie by being responsible for the further development of the puppy’s personality.  This is accomplished through structured discipline, training, guidance and most of all love.

A priority is the safety and well-being of our puppies, from the day they are conceived until the day (hopefully long into the future) pass on.  Also, we keep in close contact with our puppy buyers; they become part of our extended canine family.  We love updates, stories and photos!

Although we will always keep in mind the color preferences of our puppy buyers, we do not place our pups based solely on color choice.  We evaluate the pups from day one, and puppies are placed on a variety of things such as temperament and natural instinct.  The selection for breed or show potential and those available for companion/neutured homes are determined by 6 weeks of age.  Reservations are honored and based upon suitability of each pup to each individual home.

• Exceptions are special consideration, repeat and 4-H

Deposits

• $50 non-refundable deposit holds placement of choice based on date of deposit before birth and $50 due by 7 days old to hold pup of choice 
• $100 non-refundable deposit holds pup of choice (if made after born)
  
• Remaining balance due at pickup​
• Old Beach Farm reserve the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. 
• The deposit is non-­refundable,​if for any reason, such as the color or sex of puppy is not available in a specific litter, deposit can always be used for a puppy in a future litter. Buyer also can choose to wait until the same breeding is repeated if buyer wishes a pup from particular breeding. Due to mother nature we cannot guarantee a date as to when the breeds will occur. 
• NOTE: We go by when deposits are received; the first reserve deposit that we receive will get first pick and then we will go by date, when deposit was received, in order to the remaining customers.
