2015 Maple Syrup Season
Our fine crafted syrup in made in small batches using the same traditional techniques that have been passed down over three generations, cooked using a wood fire on the same equipment our grandfather used.
Brad and Alex have tapped, collected, and cooked the sap. It takes time and dedication to go out every day to collect the sap, and the long cook days to boil the sap to perfection!
